An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and enhance product positioning in the Middle East. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, managing partner relationships, and leveraging technical expertise in cloud solutions and data streaming technologies. Product Management & Strategy:
• Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Confluent’s products in the Middle East.
• Develop and manage product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to drive sales.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to refine product strategies.
• Work with the Confluent team to align product offerings with regional demand and opportunities.
Business Development & Sales Enablement:
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, use cases, and technical insights to drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and enterprise customers.
• Conduct partner enablement sessions, webinars, and training programs to enhance Confluent’s market penetration.
• Work with marketing teams to design and execute demand-generation campaigns.
Partner & Vendor Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Redington Gulf and Confluent for the Middle East region.
• Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and engagement to build a strong channel ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Confluent team to create joint business plans and drive partner incentives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales targets, and pipeline development.
Technical & Market Expertise:
• Stay updated on Kafka, real-time data streaming, and cloud technologies to support product adoption.
• Guide partners and customers on best practices, integrations, and technical use cases.
• Support technical teams in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution demonstrations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in product management, cloud solutions, or enterprise software sales.
• Prior experience in data streaming, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or enterprise software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Kafka, Confluent Platform, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in managing channel partners, resellers, or distributors in the Middle East region.
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and business plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with a Value-Added Distributor (VAD) or enterprise software vendor.
• Technical certification or hands-on experience with Kafka, Confluent, or cloud services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
