Job Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Digital Product Manager to support the planning, development, and delivery of the resort’s core digital platforms. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital product development, working alongside cross-functional teams to help shape innovative guest-facing experiences. The successful candidate will support product initiatives from early discovery through to execution, gaining exposure to user research, stakeholder collaboration, vendor coordination, and product lifecycle management
Essential Duties
Product Support & Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of product development initiatives by helping to manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Maintain and update key product documents such as requirements, user stories, backlog items, release notes, and project trackers.
- Participate in product team meetings and contribute to discussions around feature prioritization, bug triaging, and release planning.
- Help track product performance metrics and escalate any issues or bottlenecks to senior product team members.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, hotel operations, casino, guest services, and technology) to gather user needs and feedback that help shape the product roadmap.
- Support communication between stakeholders by preparing meeting notes, tracking action items, and summarizing decisions and next steps.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable product improvements.
Vendor Interaction
- Work closely with senior product managers and technical teams to coordinate with external software vendors and system integrators.
- Support onboarding processes by helping document integration requirements, timelines, and dependencies for third-party tools and platforms.
- Participate in vendor calls, take meeting minutes, and assist in tracking deliverables or open issues.
- Contribute to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination with vendors, assisting in test script writing, logging defects, and gathering feedback.
- Guest Experience Contribution
- Assist in gathering user feedback from front-of-house teams, surveys, and analytics platforms to identify areas of improvement in the digital guest experience.
- Research best practices in hospitality technology, especially related to booking journeys, guest communications, and personalization.
- Propose enhancements based on usability insights and emerging customer expectations in the luxury resort sector.
- Support UX/UI review sessions and contribute observations on user flow, content clarity, and interface consistency.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on digital trends, competitors, and innovative technologies within hospitality, gaming, and resort experiences.
- Compile insights into reports or presentations for the product team and key stakeholders.
- Track relevant KPIs from industry benchmarks to help evaluate how the product performs against market standards.
- Identify gaps in our digital offering and suggest opportunities for future product features or service enhancements.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Min 3 years of experience in a digital product, UX, marketing technology, or project coordination role.
- Exposure to customer-facing digital platforms (e.g., hotel booking, e-commerce, travel apps) is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams is advantageous.
Skills / Knowledge
- Strong interest in digital products, user experience, and innovation in hospitality or entertainment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical and operational requirements clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
- Comfortable working with wireframes, prototypes, and interpreting customer feedback.
- Proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with software integration concepts and vendor ecosystem in hospitality is desirable.
Work Conditions
This is an office-based position located in Ras Al Khaimah. Standard working hours apply, with some flexibility needed for coordination with global vendors or teams across time zones.
