Job description

A leading fit-out and construction company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role supports procurement and supply chain operations across high-end interior and construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination, cost-efficiency, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support procurement operations including purchase orders, internal approvals, and documentation

Assist with vendor prequalification, onboarding, and maintaining supplier databases

Coordinate with estimation and tender teams for quote collection, evaluation, and compliance

Liaise with site and project teams to track materials, manage deliveries, and resolve on-site procurement issues

Maintain procurement logs, tender registers, and prepare regular status reports

Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, project goals, and compliance standards

What You Bring

5+ years of procurement experience in the fit-out or construction industry (Middle East preferred)

Solid knowledge of supply chain procedures, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation

Ability to analyze quotations, track cash flow, and support negotiation processes

Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics coordination, and sustainable procurement practices is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Currently pursuing or planning to pursue RICS is a strong advantage
