This role involves :

• Overseeing the execution of complex deliverables with precision, ensuring they meet our partners' high standards and expectations.
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the commercial department to align on key objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality, business, or a related field.

Experience :

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or in sales and customer relationship management.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in events management.

• Excellent listening and communication skills at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Professional presentation and grooming.

Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor arena in the Middle East, operating year-round.

With a capacity of 17,000, it hosts international artists, sporting events, family entertainment, comedy shows, exhibitions, and gala dinners. Its versatile design includes a rolling modular stage, automated drapes, and a retractable seating system for smaller events.
