This role involves:

  1. Overseeing the execution of complex deliverables with precision, ensuring alignment with and fulfillment of our partners' exceptional standards and expectations.
  2. Ensuring clear and consistent communication with the commercial department to align on key objectives and initiatives.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

You should have:

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or Certification in hospitality, business or any relevant related field.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role or in sales and customer relationship management.
  2. Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
  3. Experience in providing first-class lounge experience.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Previous experience in events.
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic.
