Assistant Planner
A prestigious engineering consultancy in the UAE recognized for delivering high-value projects across infrastructure military educational and mixed-use developments is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Planner. The ideal candidate will support complex project planning and control activities across multidisciplinary programs
Description of General Role and Responsibilities:
  • The Assistant Planner will play a critical role in supporting and planning scheduling and project control functions across a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Proven expertise in project scheduling and handling large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other departments to gather essential information for planning purposes.
  • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in preparing time impact analyses and schedule delay justifications.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company planning procedures.
  • Track and update project milestones deliverables and dependencies.
  • Analyse critical paths and recommend corrective actions to avoid project delays.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
