Assistant Pastry Chef – Join Our Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods
  • Follow recipes, techniques, and presentation standards
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and assist with stock rotation
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and timely preparation of all pastry items
  • Support in developing new dessert ideas and seasonal menu items
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

  • Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, doughs, creams, and decoration
