Job description

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Palace Manager to support the operations of a prestigious Royal Palace. In this role, you will work closely with the Palace Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and manage a dedicated team of palace staff. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the comfort and satisfaction of the Royal Family while overseeing the palace's various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Palace Manager in overseeing all palace operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
  2. Coordinate and manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Support in the organization and execution of palace functions and events, ensuring that all arrangements are made with the utmost attention to detail.
  4. Maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout the palace.
  5. Handle guest relations, ensuring any requests or concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
  6. Assist with inventory management, overseeing supplies for all palace departments including housekeeping, catering, and maintenance.
  7. Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  8. Contribute to budget management by tracking expenses and preparing reports for the Palace Manager.
  9. Perform other duties assigned by the Palace Manager to ensure smooth palace operations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in palace or luxury hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  7. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  9. Must be in UAE.
