As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in a teamwork-oriented environment with high morale. Your key responsibilities will include:
Candidates should have a degree in hospitality, with previous experience in Food & Beverage, and additional beverage training. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems is essential; familiarity with Micros is preferred. Prior international experience in a specialty bar or gastropub is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate is a well-presented, young, trendy manager with an outgoing, friendly attitude. You should be proactive, charismatic, approachable, and have completed basic supervisory or management development training. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent team player skills, and experience working with multicultural teams and guests are essential. Additional competencies include being highly professional, proactive, and customer-focused.
