Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in a teamwork-oriented environment with high morale. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing employee schedules based on forecast and within the manning guide to ensure adequate staffing, under the guidance of the Outlet Manager.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the outlet.
  • Participating in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager.
  • Maintaining sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
  • Supervising daily operations as per standards set by Hotel Management and the Outlet Manager.
  • Identifying training needs and proposing training programs in collaboration with the Outlet Manager; continuously training staff to achieve professionalism.
  • Proper handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
Skills, Education & Experience

Candidates should have a degree in hospitality, with previous experience in Food & Beverage, and additional beverage training. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems is essential; familiarity with Micros is preferred. Prior international experience in a specialty bar or gastropub is highly regarded.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate is a well-presented, young, trendy manager with an outgoing, friendly attitude. You should be proactive, charismatic, approachable, and have completed basic supervisory or management development training. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent team player skills, and experience working with multicultural teams and guests are essential. Additional competencies include being highly professional, proactive, and customer-focused.
