About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the Rockfish Team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties include:

1. Managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring service standards are met and maintained professionally and courteously.
2. Ensuring all guests are served according to brand standards and assisting in business growth.
3. Engaging with guests to create personalized experiences and establishing a network of regular guests.
4. Managing resources, conducting inventories, and reordering supplies as needed.
5. Safeguarding cash and ensuring all administrative paperwork is properly maintained.
6. Monitoring cashiering procedures for compliance.
7. Ensuring timely placement of orders aligned with budget and business needs.
8. Understanding General Ledger processes, investigating issues, and managing budgets.
9. Assisting in preparing annual plans and forecasts, managing expenses, and maximizing profitability.
10. Proposing strategies to increase market share and sales.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, preferably in fine dining.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting and cost control.
