Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
  • Ensure excellent guest service standards are met and guest complaints are handled when necessary.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure compliance with Accor brands standards.
  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed in line with company policies.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and initiatives to boost outlet performance.
