Job Description

This role is pivotal in spreading influence within Corporate Services. We operate in a fast-paced environment where departments such as Finance and Procurement play a crucial role in maintaining our agility and global competitiveness. The Assistant Office Manager will support these functions by managing schedules, communication, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  1. Organize and prioritize agendas, manage complex diaries, and coordinate meetings by confirming availability.
  2. Establish and maintain good relationships with government departments at local and federal levels.
  3. Monitor and handle technical correspondence efficiently.
  4. Review and follow up on technical tasks and issues raised by the department.
  5. Maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience of 3 to 6 months, with a total of 5 to 7 years of overall experience.
  • Experience in general administrative services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
