Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Registered Nurses in delivering personalized care, including help with daily living activities and personal grooming
2. Measure and record vital signs, keeping thorough documentation to support patient care
3. Assist with patient mobility needs and ensure their safety and comfort at all times
4. Help manage medication adherence by providing reminders and supporting prescribed treatment plans
5. Educate patients and their families on health-related concerns and ongoing care practices
6. Uphold infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to foster collaborative care

Requirements
