This role is integral to our mission of providing top-notch healthcare services directly in patients' homes. You will be responsible for delivering compassionate care while assisting the healthcare team in ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist registered nursing staff in providing hands-on patient care, including personal hygiene and daily living assistance
• Perform routine health checks, including monitoring vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the medical team
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and overall comfort throughout the care process
• Manage medication reminders and support patients in following their care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to enhance patient understanding of their care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required by healthcare regulations
• Follow all infection control practices to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both patients and staff

Requirements

• DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
