MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
2. Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in accordance with MCME risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
3. Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
4. Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Nursing Diploma

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years of experience in an OPD setting.
Experience assisting an allergist/immunologist.
Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.
