Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a dedicated healthcare aide to provide direct patient care and support in daily activities within a UAE home health or long-term care setting.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of direct patient care experience, and a DHA or MOH license. You will monitor vital signs, assist with medications, and support patient mobility to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in a home healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Proficiency in basic nursing procedures, including vital sign measurement, medication assistance, and ADL support.
• DHA or MOH license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately, reporting significant changes to supervising nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by the nurse, ensuring correct dosage, route and timing.
• Assist with patient mobility including transfers, ambulation and repositioning to prevent complications and promote safety.
