Job summary

Recruitment Hub At Atlas & Arrow Fz is seeking a FEMALE HOMECARE NURSE licensed with DHA or HAAD to deliver in-home care. You will assess patients, review medications, monitor vitals, and manage wound care to support healing.

The role requires coordination with doctors and therapists, patient education, and compassionate, flexible care in varied home settings. The position emphasizes independent decision-making, emergency responsiveness, and reliable, patient-centered care across shifting

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with a minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to act independently and take direction from patients.
• Swift in emergencies and able to work efficiently.
• Flexible and patient in varied living environments.
• Clinical skills including bandage changes, tube feedings, injections, IV setup and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at every visit.
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medications and vitals.
• Dress or redress wounds and assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on home healthcare procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists and other caregivers.
• Provide comfort through palliative care and ensure patient wellbeing.
• Recommend tools or devices to improve quality of life.

Job Description:

• Assess and chart observations of the patient's condition at eachvisit
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vitalsigns
• Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress
• Provide education to patients and families on proper home healthcare procedures and strategies
• Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, occupationaltherapists and other individuals in the patient's care plan
• Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care
• Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life forthe patient

Skills and Qualification:

• Nursing degree with a minimum 2 years’ experience
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow them to get to know theirpatients, build personal rapport and establish trust to providehigh-quality care while increasing patients' enjoyment and comfort
• Initiative so they can make independent decisions when required andaccept direction and requests from patients
• Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently
• Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of livingenvironments
• Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, givingtube feedings, administering shots and setting up and monitoring IV
