Job Summary: You will manage various aspects of the retail business, such as sales, inventory, promotions, and vendor relations. You will also prepare and share reports, create and communicate promotional modules and offers, and maintain and implement planogram and assortment.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and share reports on sales, inventory, and promotions
Follow up with vendors for collection of payments and claims
Create and communicate promotional modules and offers
Reconcile weekly e-pay transactions and report discrepancies
Acquire and Share listing details and digital content internally on time
Share promoter details and documents for badge creation and verification
Generate and analyze weekly reports on DSR, ageing, and pending provisions
Generate Monthly Closing reports on Internal adjustments
Maintain SKU master list with active and EOL details and price waterfall
Manage store relationships through emails, WhatsApp, calls, and visits
Maintain supplier GV master list with validity and expiry dates
Maintain and implement planogram and assortment
Generate and Share Invoices to facilitate on time payments from vendors
Working with Senior Merchandising Officers to complete tasks on a daily basis
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or similar role preferable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI and other relevant software
Excellent Interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
