Job Description

The role involves delivering brand-aligned communications to support all resort business activities. Experience managing brand and design agencies is essential. The candidate should have strong business acumen, creative visual skills, and understanding of photography, shoot schedules, and brand design.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop hotel brochures and digital or printed collateral.
  • Manage photo and video shoots, conduct location scouts and site tours for media.
  • Process financial documentation for outsourced work.
  • Write basic ad copy for commercial communications.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns with various departments to ensure profit growth and brand exposure.
  • Manage supply chain and timelines of marketing projects.
  • Ensure all communications follow brand standards as a brand guardian.
  • Liaise with agencies, providing creative briefs and ensuring stakeholder awareness.
  • Proofread all communication materials to maintain brand tone of voice.
  • Develop monthly marketing reports and presentations.
  • Design in-house collateral such as flyers, menus, posters, and banners.
  • Handle media requests and organize media hosting in the absence of the PR and Marketing Manager.

Qualifications
