Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and social media.
- Edit visual content using basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Work with internal teams to ensure visuals reflect brand tone and voice consistently.
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Schedule, post, and engage with our online community regularly.
- Monitor analytics and suggest content optimization strategies.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Coordinate with Revenue, F&B, Spa, and Sales teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Ensure digital materials and marketing touchpoints are optimized and brand-aligned.
- Assist in organizing and promoting in-person and virtual marketing events.
- Document key events through photography and video for promotional use.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio or sample work.
- Proficient in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid media is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual skills and Social Media Agency experience are a plus.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
