Job description

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Edit visual content using basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Work with internal teams to ensure visuals reflect brand tone and voice consistently.
  • Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Schedule, post, and engage with our online community regularly.
  • Monitor analytics and suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Revenue, F&B, Spa, and Sales teams to align messaging and promotions.
  • Ensure digital materials and marketing touchpoints are optimized and brand-aligned.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting in-person and virtual marketing events.
  • Document key events through photography and video for promotional use.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio or sample work.
  • Proficient in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid media is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multilingual skills and Social Media Agency experience are a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
