Job description

Carter Murray is proud to be working with a fantastic Dubai based Design Services company on hiring their Assistant Marketing Manager.

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the company's marketing efforts by executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, creating marketing materials, managing campaign budgets, tracking results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and monitor various marketing initiatives to promote our clients services.

Please note, this is an autonomous generalised marketing position and requires experience across all areas.

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Marketing Manager:
  1. Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis.
  2. Inbound/Outbound marketing execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email (SEO), website, and print.
  3. Content creation: Create marketing content including blog posts, social media graphics, email newsletters, press releases, and other promotional materials.
  4. Campaign tracking and reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on campaign success.
  5. Budget management: Help manage marketing budgets by tracking expenses and allocating funds effectively.
  6. Collaboration with teams: Work closely with sales, design, PR, and other departments to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  7. Event planning and coordination: Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  8. Database management: Maintain and update customer databases to support targeted marketing efforts.
  9. Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies across different platforms.
  10. Brand consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain brand guidelines.
