Job Description
Job Summary
Develop, manage and implement an innovation and competitive annual strategic plan for the property to set clear prioritization of resources against budget to grow market share, brand preference and total revenue.
Leverage internal and external data, trends and insights to determine optimal hotel and outlet B2B and B2C segmentation, target identification per segment and competitive positioning against relevant competition.
Develop a public relations programme for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Target specific markets and develop the public relations strategies to reach these markets.
Manage and drive all marketing and public relations related activities for the hotel.
Create and manage the marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Minimum Requirements:
Hotel experience in a similar role for at least 2 years is a must.
