We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, driven, and digitally savvy Assistant Marketing Manager to help shape how our hotel connects with guests, locals, and the global travel community. If you’re creative, organized, and love all things branding, storytelling, and social, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of creative marketing campaigns that bring our brand to life across digital, social, and print channels.
  • Assist in managing content calendars, social media, and digital storytelling to keep our audience engaged and inspired.
  • Work closely with design teams, media partners, and influencers to develop compelling visuals and messaging.
  • Help monitor campaign performance, interpret analytics, and suggest smart improvements.
  • Stay up to date with trends in travel, hospitality, and digital marketing — and be ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, and F&B teams to promote hotel offerings and activations.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently in all marketing and guest-facing materials.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content creation.
  • A strong eye for design and storytelling — bonus points if you’ve used Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and using data to drive decisions.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with great communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Additional languages are a plus.
