Assistant Manager Talent Acquisitionto join our
Human Capital Team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Collaborate with Director of Human Capital and Learning & Development Manager on identifying high-potential colleagues and creating developmental plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Facilitate BBI training workshops for hiring managers and new hires in key positions to ensure compliance with Jumeirah Standards when it comes to talent selection.
- Perform necessary checks for re-hires and internal transfers
- Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding processes to improve new hire integration and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (including contracts, appraisals, certifications, and personal records).
- Regularly review and analyze the diversity of the workforce, including gender and nationality, to ensure a balanced and inclusive organizational culture. Provide recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Support workforce planning by forecasting staffing needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and monitoring monthly casual workforce utilization within budgetary limits. Highlight and address with the respective department to seek justification if utilization exceeds budgetary limits.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. HR certification CIPD / SHRM is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for effectively interacting with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for resolving colleague issues, managing relationships, and collaborating with various departments.
- The ability to identify and solve HR-related problems and conflicts is important for maintaining a positive work environment.
- Able to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines, so strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple responsibilities.
- Skills in designing and implementing colleague engagement initiatives and events to boost morale and productivity.
