- Supervise fleet maintenance operations to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and repair programs.
- Monitor fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and service providers.
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in optimizing fleet performance and reducing downtime.
- Oversee and support daily operational activities.
- Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Support team training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock management.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Implement inventory control policies to minimize losses.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, trends, and forecasts.
