Our team is our top priority, and we aim to attract the best talent to continue our growth and transformation of the global real estate market. We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales Operations to support the sales operations team and report to the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Admin team responsible for data entry and documentation into CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and adherence to turnaround time requirements.
  • Oversee documentation processes, ensuring all forms, agreements, and buyer details meet guidelines (Unit Reservation Form, Sale Purchase Agreement, Client Documentation).
  • Maintain compliance with AML regulations and ensure accurate client documentation.
  • Adhere to defined processes and SLAs.
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and processes, including SLAs and Authority Matrix, ensuring strict compliance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on units with incomplete documentation or pending payments and collaborate internally to issue termination notices when necessary.
  • Generate MIS and sales operations reports.

Qualifications:

  • Management or team leadership experience in Sales Admin, Sales Operations, or Administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data entry experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
