Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction. Furthermore, the role involves conducting thorough research on property listings, providing expert consultation to prospective clients, accompanying them to property sites, discussing sales terms, and preparing comprehensive real estate contracts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract investors and buyers, driving revenue growth.
  • Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors to generate long-term business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings to present real estate opportunities and address investment needs.
  • Understand client preferences and requirements to recommend suitable properties.
  • Guide buyers through property visits and inspections, providing expert insights on value and suitability.
  • Oversee deal closings, ensuring seamless document signing and fund disbursement.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify potential investors and secure brokerage deals.
  • Maintain high performance standards to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Foster open communication with team members and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the customer affairs team to enhance client support and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in special promotions, sales exhibitions, and industry events.

Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, and Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Must have a Diploma /Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, or equivalent.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of real estate sales (Residential real estate sales experience preferred).
  • Strong track record of sales success and leadership in a real estate developer environment.
  • Extensive experience and thorough understanding of the GCC and UAE real estate market.
