About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Sales to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The job holder is responsible to sell company projects in the market and create/manage external agents' network in order to achieve or exceed sales targets within the overall business objectives of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales leads, follow-up with potential customers, convert them into actual customers and build long term business relationships to meet tangible objectives and targets for growth, to maximize and sustain revenue and profitability.
  • Nurture business prospects, negotiate and execute Sales deals through external agents to achieve sales and revenue targets in line with the company\'s business plan.
  • Support in the sales execution in monitoring the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) flow starting from lead generation and not limited till the completion of deal turnaround time.
  • Provide inputs to improve and standardize policies for sales to ensure the policy is implemented effectively throughout the project cycle.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and activities to promote sales, as applicable.
  • Support the section head to develop Sales plans, processes and guidelines to ensure consistency in the deals and for sustainable growth of the business in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on sales activities in-order to maximize sales target and for senior management to make informed decisions
About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in sales/ marketing; Master\'s degree preferred
  • Any relevant Sales certification - preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Min 4-6 years\' experience in sales and customer care
  • Well-versed in using digital marketing tools, such as email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO), to promote sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good presentation and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Networking skills - Develop and maintain a network of business contacts and relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
