Job Title: Assistant Manager - Key Accounts, (HVAC Industry)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 5-15 Years

Salary: AED 14,000 - AED 16,000 / Month

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Key Accounts in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products and services, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role involves managing sales activities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and marketing of AC equipment for brands Rheem, Clima Uno, and Tecnair.
  2. Generating inquiries and following up on leads.
  3. Verifying and sending quotations in coordination with the sales team.
  4. Following up on quoted projects and closing deals.
  5. Client retention and satisfaction monitoring.
  6. Building customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  7. Meeting regularly with assigned accounts as per management directives.
  8. Negotiating prices at site level.
Must-Have Skills:
  1. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in air conditioning products, including DX and chilled water systems.
  2. Strong sales and marketing network.
  3. Arabic language proficiency.
  4. Proactive sales attitude and self-motivated.
  5. Technical knowledge of AC products such as Ducted, Package, VRF, FAHU, AHU, ERV, and Ecology units.
  6. Team player.
Education:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
