Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales to drive business development in the region, focusing on selling hardware items, building materials, construction items, and machine tools. The role involves leading a sales team and coordinating department functions to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales of hardware, building materials, construction items, and machine tools.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
