Clear understanding of healthcare operations
Develop and maintain health data reports & dashboards for stakeholders.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders in updating and following up on project initiatives & reporting progress.
Provide necessary support to line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned
Project Management
Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis and prepare interactive dashboards to support healthcare operations and commercial decision-making.
Develop and maintain periodic reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools to analyze healthcare data, identify trends, and generate insights.
Prepare financial models, conduct gap analysis, and perform variance analysis to support financial planning and forecasting.
Engage with multiple stakeholders, including hospital management, pharmacies, insurance providers, and commercial teams, to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare system reporting standards and guidelines.
Assist in project management efforts related to reporting, data governance, and analytics initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in data collection, reporting processes, and dashboard efficiency.
Support business reviews by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
At least 7 to 8 years of experience in UAE Healthcare Operations (Private Hospitals, Centres, Pharmacy, Insurance)
Preparation of Financial models, Gap analysis, Variance analysis, Reporting
Experience in data visualization, report automation, and dashboard development.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reporting requirements.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in data analytics tools would be an added advantage
