We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Regulatory Reporting to join our team in Dubai. In this impactful role, you'll ensure that the bank’s regulatory reporting complies with regulatory standards and guidelines issued by CB UAE, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our regulatory reporting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and submit the bank’s regulatory returns to CBUAE (Bi-weekly, Monthly, SRR, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and annually) and quarterly returns for the insurance company (Protego).
  • Assist with queries raised by CBUAE and management on regulatory returns.
  • Act as a controller for CB UAE and Protego (subsidiaries).
  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of regulatory returns.
  • Understand and interpret CB UAE circulars and guidelines related to forms.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a regulatory reporting role within UAE Banking, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Knowledge of CB UAE reporting requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CMA (Optional/Additional).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal stakeholders and regulators.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of IFRS and appropriate accounting standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be a UAE National.
