Job Brief/Purpose:
The overall job purpose of the incumbent is to manage all the activities related to recruitment like researching for talent, implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, interviewing, acquisition and to build pipelines for potential applicants for Facility Management Entity.
Note : Incumbent from FM industry background and who can join us immediately will be preferred.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition: Accountable to manage end-to-end recruitment & building a talent pipeline for potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.) Coordinate interview process with individuals and panels. Gather interview feedback and communicate.
- Stake Holder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate selection criteria for blue collar & white collar employees. Create job description/ role profile after detailed understanding of the requirement.
- Candidate Experience Management: Establish long-term relations with potential and previous candidates who may later fill new positions.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
- Quality Hire: Explore the industries, market trends, to use the right criteria & sourcing channel to find the best candidates within defined timeline.
- Hiring Metrics: Meeting benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire & diversity hiring.
- Database Management: Maintain talent pool/candidate database, HR trackers & Metrics, complete utilization of ATS.
- Process Adherence: Arrange and coordinate meetings, interviews, and trade tests (booking room, material, etc…), following the recruitment process & maintaining offer/ onboarding related documents.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or similar field, minimum of 8 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, in Facility Management Sector, for blue collar & White Collar.
- Familiarity with overseas hiring, full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, zoom etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn would be an advantage.
- Excellent record-keeping and basic data entry and efficient and effective filing experience.
- Able to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
