Job Title: Assistant Manager – Project Management Office

Location: Dubai

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – PMO to play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects to successful completion. This position is ideal for a highly organized project leader who thrives on delivering complex initiatives on time, within scope, and with a keen focus on business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate ideas into action and ensure the smooth delivery of critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including scope, timelines, milestones, stakeholder registers, and risk plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing issues to keep initiatives on track.
  • Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, resolving concerns and managing expectations effectively.
  • Ensure timely sign-off of deliverables and conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion the integration of emerging trends, including data analytics and AI, to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Conduct detailed cost-benefit and risk analyses to support decision-making and ensure value delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to elevate the organization’s project management capabilities.
  • Prepare and present high-impact project closure reports and performance insights to senior leadership.

Quality & Compliance

  • Uphold rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all governance requirements are met, including adherence to Delegation of Authority and internal control frameworks.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and executive-level presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Proven problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving results.
