Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the development, execution, and growth of our Private Label Fragrance & Beauty category. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (Celebrities & influencers) to drive product innovation, manage timelines, ensure brand alignment, and optimize performance across fragrance and beauty PL development.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Innovation

  • Support end-to-end development of private label fragrance and beauty SKUs, from concept to shelf.
  • Collaborate with design, R&D, regulatory, and sourcing teams to execute compelling and trend-forward assortments.
  • Research emerging beauty trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities.

Project Management

  • Maintain and update critical path timelines to ensure all milestones are met (briefing, sampling, approvals, production).
  • Track samples and coordinate internal reviews for fragrance, packaging, and formula testing.

Brand & Category Management

  • Support the execution of packaging, storytelling, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist in maintaining product content and online listing before launch.

Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors to communicate product specs, cost negotiations, and production timelines.
  • Partner with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and in-stock goals.

Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and competitive benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to help optimize the assortment and improve profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in beauty, fragrance, private label, or Celebrity Product Development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry with a deep understanding of current trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with PLM tools is a plus.knowledge & Use of AI & AR in the field of work will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
