Role: Assistant Manager – Pricing & Trading

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a results-driven merchandising pricing and trading manager with 3–5 years of experience, preferably within a regional fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trading dynamics in the Middle East market and be proficient in analysing sales data, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales trends, stock levels, and trading patterns to inform in-season actions.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.).
  • Analyze product, category, and platform-level performance and collaborate with buying and planning teams to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Monitor regional trading performance and adjust strategy based on sales data and market trends.
  • Prepare and present trading reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning/trading within the fashion industry.
  • Experience working with multiple e-commerce platforms in the GCC region.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of regional trading patterns.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
