Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Platinum Member Manager to oversee and enhance the experience for our most valued Platinum members, the top tier of our loyalty program. This strategic, concierge-style role requires a seasoned professional to craft personalized strategies, deliver bespoke solutions, and ensure an unparalleled level of service to members across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury retail, hospitality, private banking, or similar customer-centric industries and a proven track record in managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Platinum Member Experience Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy tailored to the unique needs and preferences of Platinum members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design exclusive offers, events, and experiences that reinforce loyalty and drive emotional connections with the brand.
Act as the voice of the Platinum tier, providing insights and feedback to continuously enhance the loyalty program.
Concierge-Style Service Delivery
Serve as a primary point of contact for Platinum members, assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and personalized service requests.
Proactively anticipate member needs, offering bespoke solutions that align with their lifestyle and preferences.
Ensure seamless coordination of special privileges, priority services, and event access across the GCC.
Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with Platinum members, fostering trust and loyalty.
Maintain a detailed understanding of individual member profiles, including preferences, purchase history, and service expectations.
Leverage CRM tools to monitor member activity and identify opportunities for personalized engagement.
Collaboration and Partner Engagement
Collaborate with luxury partners, vendors, and internal teams to curate exclusive benefits and rewards for Platinum members.
Represent the Platinum tier in discussions with external stakeholders, advocating for unique offerings that resonate with the demographic.
Performance and Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics related to member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Prepare and present reports on member activity, feedback, and program performance to senior management.
