Job description

She / He will lead a team responsible for managing HR operational tasks for our clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement in HR processes. You will monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance team development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Efficiency :
  • Measure and improve the percentage of HR operational tasks completed within established timelines.
  • Implement strategies to optimize operational processes and reduce turnaround times.
  • Team Productivity :
  • Evaluate and enhance team productivity by tracking the average number of operational tasks handled by each team member.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure workload distribution and productivity targets are met.
  • Problem Resolution Time :
  • Measure and reduce the average time taken to resolve issues related to HR operations.
  • Implement effective problem-solving techniques and monitor progress.
  • Process Improvement :
  • Lead and track process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline processes.
  • Team Development :
  • Develop and execute training and skill development programs for team members.
  • Measure and improve the percentage of team members who have participated in training or skill development activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

  • Knowledge :
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Required Skills :
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Experience :

Preferably 5 + years of experience in small / medium / large, organized, multi-cultural and system-oriented companies, preferably from similar industry in a similar position or equivalent with proven expertise.
