- Very highly competitive market, demanding new developments to improve the business and increase the sales.
- Very difficult to penetrate new counters / workshops. No loyalty in customers – purchase decisions based on low pricing and benefits.
- Elf is a new brand in the market and not known to consumers.
Business Development
- Make field visits with Elf Distributor’s teams to increase sales in each destination, in line with the annual budgets.
- Regularly visit, build relations and ensure support to the key accounts in assigned territory.
- Identify opportunities in OEM Segment & Elf brand in the assigned territory and support distributor team for prospecting.
- Focus on promotion of premium products with big key customers in the market.
- Contribute towards growth of retail business in assigned territory.
- Appointment of new Elf Centers in line with Segment’s strategy for the year.
- Achievement of individual yearly sales objectives – Volume, GMVC, uGMVC & Product Mix.
- Monthly review with Elf distributor’s sales team and quarterly review with senior management of distributor’s.
Collection Objectives & Achievement :
- Ensure the collection targets of the team are met, on a monthly basis.
- Monthly review and reporting on overdue accounts with analysis, reasons and suggestions.
Market Information
- Provide update on the Competitor activities on a regular basis & ensure competitor price update on PricinSight App.
- Participate actively in team meetings and propose suitable strategies for increasing Market Share.
- Ability to analyze sales figures of assigned area of operation, highlighting major changes or improvements by monthly report
Knowledge :
- Sound knowledge of Lubricants business & UAE lubricants market.
- Technical know-how of products

- Good communication and presentation skills

- English language proficiency. Arabic proficiency is an added advantage..
Experience :
- 6 -8 years of experience in retail network Sales preferably from the lubricants industry.
Education :
- Graduate in Science / Commerce preferably with a Management degree.
- The NP Level for this position of Assistant Manager - OEM & Elf Brand is NP 10 (to be evaluated)
