Job summary
Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des lubrifiants recherche un Assistant Manager pour développer la marque Elf et optimiser les ventes dans la région. Ce poste exige une solide expérience des ventes de lubrifiants, combinée à des compétences en négociation, communication et analyse. Le candidat idéal aura également un diplôme en sciences ou en commerce, idéalement avec une formation en management et un bon niveau d'anglais, l'arabe étant un atout supplémentaire.
Qualifications
- 6 - 8 ans d'expérience en ventes dans l'industrie des lubrifiants.
- Connaissances solides du marché des lubrifiants des Émirats.
- Compétences en analyse et attention aux détails.
Responsibilities
- Visites de terrain avec les équipes de distributeurs pour augmenter les ventes.
- Atteinte des objectifs de vente annuels.
- Analyse régulière des chiffres de vente et rapport hebdomadaire.

Contexte et environnement
Internal :
- High focus of the Company on developing Elf Brand specially in the Retail Market – need to continuously evolve and increase market share further. Protect and grow OEM business.
External :
- Very highly competitive market, demanding new developments to improve the business and increase the sales.
- Very difficult to penetrate new counters / workshops. No loyalty in customers – purchase decisions based on low pricing and benefits.
- Elf is a new brand in the market and not known to consumers.
Activités
Business Development
- Make field visits with Elf Distributor’s teams to increase sales in each destination, in line with the annual budgets.
- Regularly visit, build relations and ensure support to the key accounts in assigned territory.
- Identify opportunities in OEM Segment & Elf brand in the assigned territory and support distributor team for prospecting.
- Focus on promotion of premium products with big key customers in the market.
- Contribute towards growth of retail business in assigned territory.
- Appointment of new Elf Centers in line with Segment’s strategy for the year.
Sales Objectives & Achievement
- Achievement of individual yearly sales objectives – Volume, GMVC, uGMVC & Product Mix.
- Monthly review with Elf distributor’s sales team and quarterly review with senior management of distributor’s.
Collection Objectives & Achievement:
- Ensure the collection targets of the team are met, on a monthly basis.
- Monthly review and reporting on overdue accounts with analysis, reasons and suggestions.
Market Information
- Provide update on the Competitor activities on a regular basis & ensure competitor price update on PricinSight App.
- Participate actively in team meetings and propose suitable strategies for increasing Market Share.
- Ability to analyze sales figures of assigned area of operation, highlighting major changes or improvements by monthly report
Profil du candidat
Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of Lubricants business & UAE lubricants market.
- Technical know-how of products
Skills:
- Negotiation skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and attention to details
- English language proficiency. Arabic proficiency is an added advantage..
Experience:
- 6 -8 years of experience in retail network Sales preferably from the lubricants industry.
Education:
- Graduate in Science/Commerce preferably with a Management degree.
