Description

RAKBANK is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing Services to join our team. In this role, you will act as an account manager for specific portfolios within the bank, driving the execution of marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolios, particularly branches. Manage their marketing needs, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their business objectives to deliver tailored marketing solutions, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for the development of campaign assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Branding: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints. Lead efforts to standardize and improve the quality of branding and communication elements across our branches.
  • Support rebranding initiatives and manage branding for new product launches.
  • Project Management: Manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare project/campaign briefs, monitor timelines, and maintain status reports for stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with teams to achieve optimal results through digital marketing on Google search, display, and email marketing.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest enhancements to existing strategies.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in a leading financial institution or marketing agency.
  • Experience in digital marketing and events is advantageous.
  • Expertise in video production and editing software tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong creative abilities and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
