An opportunity has arisen for an
Assistant Manager to join the
Marketingteam at
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Drive visibility, positioning, and storytelling for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray’s Food & Beverage outlets and Talise Ottoman Spa by curating and executing seasonal campaigns to boost brand recognition, guest engagement, and revenue across digital, print, and on-property channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to implement short- and long-term resort strategies, multi-channel marketing initiatives, and integrated campaigns aligned with annual revenue goals to increase footfall from both external and in-house guests.
- Oversee F&B and Wellness online marketing plans in partnership with agencies, including SEM, SEO, EDM, social media, digital campaigns, and PR; monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and recommend optimizations.
- Lead influencer engagement, media collaborations, and partnerships to maintain continuous visibility of F&B and spa offerings in Dubai’s competitive market.
- Manage CRM updates and monthly e-communications, ensure campaigns align with brand standards, budgets, and deadlines, and communicate project objectives and timelines to operations teams.
- Coordinate content creation (photoshoots, videos), community management of social media, marketing and community events, agency/supplier relationships, competitor reviews, and identify collaborative opportunities for key seasonal campaigns and pop-up concepts.
About You
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with luxury brands or in hospitality, specializing in F&B and Wellness marketing, along with a professional qualification such as a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media; a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification is desirable.
- They must possess strong skills in traditional, digital, and content marketing, including social media expertise, proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as experience with graphic design and data analytics tools.
- A thorough understanding of current F&B and Wellness industry trends is essential, coupled with strong analytical skills to conduct competitor research, assess SWOTs of outlets, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent spoken and written business English is required, and any additional language skills will be considered an advantage, alongside strong communication abilities across various platforms and stakeholder levels.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong project and event management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
