Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and sponsorships.
  • Liaise with event vendors, production teams, and agency partners to manage logistics and on-ground delivery.
  • Coordinate marketing requirements for retail branches, including posters, digital screens, and signage updates.
  • Manage merchandise and gifting logistics, including inventory and distribution.
  • Ensure all physical materials are in line with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain event and production calendars and support budgeting and invoicing processes.

Support internal approvals for campaigns and events with legal, compliance, and business units.

Requirements

Skills and Experience
