Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible to ensure consistent brand representation across all Company touchpoints, managing brand content, executing creative campaigns, and promoting the real estate portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility, aligning all efforts with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing plans to promote the company's portfolio, new launches, handover updates, and key events to generate leads, drive sales, and boost brand awareness.
  • Assist in conducting market research to gather insights on target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
  • Implement pre-defined marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties effectively and contribute to achieving sales goals.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across marketing materials and platforms to maintain brand integrity and alignment with the company’s strategy.
  • Assist in the creation and review of marketing content to ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Help monitor the quality of brand communications and support initiatives that build positive brand perception.
  • Support the execution of creative campaigns developed with ATL agencies, ensuring they align with brand positioning and target audiences.
  • Assist in coordinating the production of marketing materials across TV, radio, digital, and outdoor channels, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing data to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with BTL agencies to assist in developing marketing/branding materials for events, handovers, and construction sites.
  • Support the creation of print collaterals, signage, and other branded materials for on-site customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on the success of BTL initiatives, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Provide clear briefs to creative agencies, ensuring the objectives and target audience are well-defined for each campaign.
  • Assist in reviewing creative concepts and campaign materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing assets, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in tracking and managing the marketing budget for campaigns, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.

Candidate Qualifications, Experiences & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Advertisement or Visual communications; Master’s degree preferred
  • Any Marketing / Brand Management certification - preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Branding/ Marketing campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute successful branding strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Be able to manage budgets for branding and marketing activities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Well versed with brand management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with digital Marketing platforms, tools, and strategies - social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Ability to allocate resources effectively and optimize budget utilization for maximum impact.
  • Exhibit extreme attention to detail and maintain a zero-error mindset.
  • Strong and determined attitude to meticulously plan and execute exceptional creative and brand work.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Native English speaker. Arabic/Russian is a plus.
