Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager Marketing to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, market research, and campaign execution. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage content for digital platforms, social media, and websites.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to develop marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools.
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and reporting of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners for advertising and branding initiatives.
  • Support lead generation efforts through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Organize and manage events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing technologies, and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital-first environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience in social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
