- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
- Strong understanding of software development, databases, Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, enterprise systems, or similar platforms.
- Technical certifications such as ITIL, cloud, DevOps, or related credentials are advantageous.
