HR Manager with a strong background in the UAE automotive industry to oversee all human resource functions in our Premium car Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manpower Planning & Recruitment – Sourcing, hiring, and onboarding skilled automotive professionals.
  • Payroll & Compensation Management – Ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, incentives, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Visa & PRO Services – Handling visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with government authorities.
  • Employee Relations – Managing workplace policies, conflict resolution, and staff welfare.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensuring adherence to labor laws, maintaining HR records, and handling audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in HR within the UAE, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and payroll management.
