Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

This is not your average “strategy” role. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and diving into the fast-moving world of food delivery, working closely with the leadership team to unlock customer growth across the UAE. You’ll blend strategy with hustle, insights with action. One day you might be building a growth model for Abu Dhabi, and the next you’re decoding a funnel drop-off in Sharjah. If variety, autonomy, and ownership excite you — this is your gig.

  • Own the traffic and order growth metrics across multiple UAE cities
  • Design, test, and scale interventions that move the needle
  • Analyze campaigns, cohorts, and channel performance — then act on insights
  • Create and assess dashboards and narratives that influence decision-makers at the top
  • Partner with ops, product, marketing, and finance to bring initiatives to life
  • Stay on top of the market trends, decode the competition, and preempt action
  • Think like a local, execute like a pro

What you'll need:

  • 2–3 years of experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or startups preferably in a growth role; or strategy consulting experience
  • MBA or Master’s from a top-tier school (or compelling real-world experience to match)
  • Comfortable with SQL / BigQuery, dashboards, but more importantly a sea of data
  • Excel/Sheets wizardry — you love slicing and dicing to get to the truth
  • Storytelling skills — you can turn complexity into clarity
  • Bonus: Arabic fluency and UAE market familiarity
