Job description

Role Summary: Responsible for acquiring new brands, forging partnerships and supporting corporate strategy initiatives across business divisions within Jumbo group

Responsibility:

Corporate strategy

  • Support the formulation of strategic initiatives, such as growth strategies and operational improvements
  • Conduct exhaustive research, analyze data, and develop insights to guide critical decision-making
  • Conduct secondary research around market, competition, and pricing
  • Understand / analyze financial statements and conduct financial modelling
  • Create high quality PowerPoint decks and reports for executive presentations
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high attention to detail and quality

Brand partnerships

  • Identify potential new brand partnership opportunities and initiate connections
  • Develop business cases and P&Ls for new brand partnerships
  • Lead the communication with brands, organize meetings, workshops and interviews

Experience:

  • Min. 5 years of work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, brand partnerships, or related roles
  • Preferably (not mandatory), past experience in Home & Décor or Fashion & Apparel or Electronics

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA / Master’s preferred

Desired Profile:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic know how of retail channels (online, offline and unorganized)
