About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Front Office in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversee smooth and courteous delivery of all Front Office services, resolving guest complaints in line with established guidelines and maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage daily Front Office operations by guiding the team, fostering teamwork, reviewing departmental performance, and ensuring effective internal communication.
  • Implement upselling strategies and support revenue optimization through effective rate and room management while maintaining alignment with credit and finance policies.
  • Maintain operational excellence by attending briefings, monitoring input standards, assisting with check-ins, ensuring lobby cleanliness, and coordinating with relevant departments for smooth guest experiences.
  • Undertake duty management shifts as required and assume responsibility in the absence of senior management in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of hotel guests to effectively handle and resolve any guest issue and maintain operations at the required quality level.
  • Drive compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing process enhancements.


About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a 5-star resort.
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with front office systems.
  • International experience is essential; experiencein the Middle East is desirable.
  • Fluent in English and an additional international language.
